Ayesha is the founder & audiologist of Dengar Audiologi Enterprise or better known as Dengar Hearing Care Center. She has served as an Audiologist at Oticon Malaysia or Hearing Partners for over 5 years with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating hearing problems for children and adults.
Ayesha holds a Bachelor's Degree (Audiology) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), in 2016 and is an active member of the Malaysian National Society of Audiologists (MANSA) and is one of the committee members for USM Audiology Alumni 2019/2020. She had also participated in many community activities such as hearing screening for the disabled community, as well as the provision of free hearing aids to the underprivileged with the cooperation of the public. In addition, she also has a deep interest in entrepreneurship. She used to manage an entrepreneurship program called Havoc Fiesta in university as the Relations Exco and managed to get the involvement of well-known vendors such as Naelofar Hijab, Anas Cosmetics and 72 other vendors.
While working with Oticon Malaysia, she has established networking and served for Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital, Teluk Intan Hospital and Taiping Hospital. She also works with Pantai Ipoh Hospital, KPJ Ipoh, Fatimah Hospital and several other ENT or Otorhinolaryngology Clinics. She has also undergone clinical practice at Raja Perempuan Zainab Hospital (HRPZ) as well as Uiversiti Sains Malaysia Hospital and Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital. Her total experience in this field reaches 9 years including clinical practice experience in university and government hospitals.
Prior to embarking on her role as founder, and pursuing her passion in helping people with hearing problems in the community, she took on the role of branch head responsible in her branch for conducting all audiology clinical trials including diagnostic hearing tests for children and adults, management of tinnitus and prescribing appropriate hearing aids and implants.

Ikhwan is the co-founder and backbone to establishing Dengar. With his engineering background as well as his well versed knowledge in business and marketing, through his expertise, Dengar is able to have their own laboratory making earmoulds and customs ear plugs products.
Ikhwan graduated from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) in Bachelor with Hons Electronic Computer Engineering. After graduation, Ikhwan embarked on a fulfilling career in engineering, starting as a debug engineer at Ericsson Repair Center Bukit Jelutong.
He quickly distinguished himself through his dedication, innovation, and ability to tackle complex challenges. Over the years, Ikhwan progressed to Sales and technical engineer at Semarak Motivasi Sdn Bhd, contributing to design new product and technology for safety reasons in oil and gas field. With a deep commitment to continuous learning and professional development Ikhwan become instrument and validation calibration for LPG Petronas plants entire Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.
After years of observing the journey of her wife working as an audiologists and experienced how hearing loss patient struggle to find place for them to get treatment and consultation about their problem. Ikhwan and his wife decided to found Dengar Hearing Care Centre in Seri Iskandar Perak at their hometown.

Samira Graduated with the Public Administration Diploma and Degree in Professional Malay Language Communication. She was one of the first employees, when Dengar started during the Covid19 period and her loyalty have been undivided.
She is one of the backbone of Dengar HCC with bright insights and ideas which have been very valuable and help the growth of Dengar HCC since day one. She enjoys seeing hearing in need patient's and explaining how hearing healthcare is as important as any expects of health.
She manages all the procurement documents, handling government sector related approvals as well as customer services and HR matters. As a frontliner she’s the one who meet the customer first and listen to them regarding any hearing issues.

With a Masters Degree in Green Architecture and Bachelors Degree in Estate Management, UiTM she has always been a creative and well versed in designs and technology.
She handles and manages Dengar's Facebook Account, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube as well as the company's website. Making it from 0 followers till it reaches thousands. Her approach has always been making Dengar's services as well as colleagues are known to the audiology community.
She is highly invested in hearing health studies and would share interesting topics she read on the company’s various social media platforms. Her motto is “hearing should be made affordable for all”.

Amal Hidayah is a passionate and dedicated audiologist at Dengar Hearing Care Centre, with professional experience in both clinical and industrial audiology. A graduate of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) with a Bachelor of Audiology (Hons.), Amal brings a strong background in hearing diagnostics, hearing aid fitting, and patient-centered care.
Her clinical journey began at government hospitals, where she conducted comprehensive hearing assessments for children, adults, and the elderly, as well as newborn hearing screenings and advanced diagnostic tests such as ABR and ASSR. She later expanded her expertise at 20dB Hearing and Amcen Lab Sdn Bhd, where she provided diagnostic services, hearing aid management, and industrial hearing conservation programs in line with ICOP 2019 standards.
Before joining Dengar Hearing Care Centre, Amal was part of Eartistic Hearing and Balance Centre, where she not only delivered audiological services but also engaged in community outreach, hospital events, and educational talks to raise awareness about hearing health.
Beyond her clinical work, Amal is actively involved in professional and public health initiatives. She has volunteered in multiple community hearing screenings, served as a committee member for World Hearing Day, and is currently EXCO Publicity for MASCO 2025. With strong communication skills in English, Malay, and beginner Hokkien, she is able to connect with diverse communities and ensure accessible hearing care for all.
Amal is also certified as a Dangerous Decibels Educator and holds an OSH-Coordinator competency, highlighting her commitment to both preventive hearing health and workplace safety.
At Dengar Hearing Care Centre, Amal continues her mission of improving lives through better hearing providing professional audiology services, personalized hearing aid solutions, and spreading awareness on the importance of hearing health.

Afza is a dedicated Audiologist at Dengar Hearing Care, serving at the Teluk Intan branch. With two years of working experience at Dengar Hearing Care and over five years in clinical practice, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
Afza earned her Bachelor of Audiology (Honours) from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2022. Throughout her journey, she had practiced in both private and government hospitals, university as well as hearing aid centers.
She also actively participates in community activities, conducting hearing screenings for the disabled community and collaborating with entities such as the District Education Offices (Hilir Perak), Hospital Teluk Intan, Hospital Anson Bay, and clinics in the Teluk Intan area. She also speaks at events like Safety Health Environment Week at TNB Janamanjung, showing her dedication to community engagement.
In her role at the Teluk Intan branch, she conducts a range of audiology tests, including diagnostic hearing tests for both paediatrics and adults, and prescribes hearing aids to those in need. She collaborates closely with her colleague, Fauzana, to provide comprehensive care to her patients.
She finds immense satisfaction in witnessing individuals regain their hearing and reclaim their quality of life.

Fauzana is an audiologist of Dengar Hearing Care Centre specifically assigned for Teluk Intan Branch. She has served as an audiologist for over 5 years including clinical practice experience in university, private and goverment hospitals, also at hearing care centres.
Fauzana holds a Bachelor of Audiology (Honours) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), in 2022. She had joined in many community activities such as hearing screening for adults and kids around Kuantan.
While working with Dengar Hearing Care Centre, she has established good networking with Teluk Intan Hospital, Anson Bay Medical Centre, District Education Offices (Hilir Perak) and clinics around Teluk Intan. In addition, she has also been invited to be one of the speaker for Safety Health Environment Week at TNB Janamanjung. Having experience of being a public speaker since school age make her more comfortable and confident to talk in front of people.
At Teluk Intan branch, she work together with Afza to conduct all audiology clinical roles including diagnostic hearing tests for adults and paediatrics and prescriping appropriate hearing aids and follow up review.
Aspiration: The simplest good deed is smile. She found out that seeing others’ smile is her happiness and being an audiologist is one of the way where she can see other people smile when they can hear clearly again.

Alya is a newly appointed audiologist at Dengar Hearing Care Centre, Tanah Merah, bringing fresh perspectives, passion, and dedication to the field of hearing health. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Audiology (Honours) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Class of 2025, where she developed both her clinical expertise and her deep commitment to improving the quality of life of individuals with hearing loss.
During her two years of intensive clinical training, Alya gained hands-on experience across a variety of healthcare settings. She trained at Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre (SASMEC), the IIUM Hearing & Speech Clinic, Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan (HTAA), KMI Kuantan Medical Centre, Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II, and several private hearing aid centres in Kuantan, Pahang. These diverse clinical exposures allowed her to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, equipping her with strong skills in diagnostic audiology, hearing aid fitting, auditory rehabilitation, counseling, and patient-centered care.
As a young audiologist, Alya aspires to combine her academic training and clinical experiences with a compassionate, human-centered approach to care. She is dedicated to guiding patients through their hearing journey with patience, professionalism, and personalized solutions tailored to individual needs.
Guided by her belief that “every voice deserves to be heard clearly,” Alya is committed to continuous growth in knowledge and skills, contributing not only to the mission of Dengar Hearing Care Centre but also to the wider audiology profession in Malaysia.

From the very beginning Hanan wanted a career working with special needs children. She believes that every kids with special needs have the ability to gain optimal independence in their daily life.
Being a loving and caring person she is, she manages to get along and be loved by her pediatric patients. The sessions these special needs children had have contributed much on their development and were recognised by their parents.
Hanan has worked in a wide range of clinical settings as an OT. She started her journey with Pantai Integrated Rehab and decided to provide her own individual therapy to special needs children at Caraterapi.
Hanan will skilfully involves children of all ages in therapeutic activities that are meaningful and enjoyable. Her purpose is to let children with special needs to have greater independence and confidence in achieving their daily life goals.
